Vocal Slides

Some clients come to me wishing to express their voice with greater range. Higher highs and lower lows. This exercise can help unlock different frequencies you didn’t know you could resonate!

Like a bell curves, start your voice low, slide up as high as you can, then slide down to the lowest you can go.
.
It can help to imagine a ball placed right at your root/pelvic floor and rising up to the top of the crown/head when you reach your peak. Let the fall slowly fall as your pitch falls with it.
